1. About This Policy

This Donation Policy explains how donations made to Ayushya Mandiram are received, acknowledged, administered and used. By making a donation through our website or an authorised payment channel, the donor acknowledges this policy.

2. Purpose of Donations

Subject to the organisation’s legal status, governing documents and applicable requirements, donations may be used to support activities such as:

• Yoga education, awareness and community programmes.
• Natural health and wellness awareness initiatives.
• Free or subsidised camps and public-awareness activities, where organised.
• Educational publications, learning resources and health-literacy materials.
• Community outreach and other activities consistent with the organisation’s approved objectives.
• Reasonable administrative and operational expenses necessary to deliver these activities.

The actual allocation of funds will depend on available resources, programme requirements and applicable legal and financial obligations.

3. Voluntary Nature of Donations

Donations are voluntary. A donation does not, by itself, entitle the donor to ownership, membership, a particular service, preferential treatment or any other benefit unless such benefit is separately and lawfully specified in writing.

Donors should not make a contribution on the assumption that it guarantees a particular programme outcome or personal health benefit.

4. Donations and Payments for Services

Donations must be distinguished from payments for goods or services. Payments for books, publications, study materials, workshops, training programmes or other paid offerings are handled according to the relevant product, programme or service terms.

Where a payment is made in exchange for a specified product or service, it will not be treated as a donation merely because the proceeds support the organisation’s mission.

5. Payment Methods and Security

Donations may be accepted through the payment methods made available by Ayushya Mandiram, such as authorised online payment gateways, bank transfer or other officially communicated channels.

• Donors should verify that they are using an official payment link or account before transferring funds.
• Donors should not share their UPI PIN, banking password, OTP or other confidential payment credentials with anyone claiming to represent the organisation.
• Donations are considered received once the payment has been successfully credited or confirmed through the relevant payment channel.

Payment processing may be subject to the terms, security procedures and availability of the relevant bank or payment service provider.

6. Donation Acknowledgement and Receipts

Where applicable, Ayushya Mandiram will issue an acknowledgement or receipt based on the donation details and payment confirmation available to it.

Donors should provide accurate information when making a contribution and retain their payment confirmation. If a receipt is not received or contains an error, the donor may contact us with the transaction reference and relevant details.

A donation acknowledgement is not, by itself, a guarantee that the contribution qualifies for a tax deduction.

7. Tax Benefits and Legal Compliance

Any tax deduction or exemption relating to a donation depends on the organisation’s applicable registrations or approvals, the donor’s eligibility, the nature of the contribution and the law in force at the relevant time.

Ayushya Mandiram does not promise or imply that every donation is eligible for a tax deduction. Donors should rely only on a valid receipt and applicable statutory documentation and may consult a qualified tax professional for advice.

Where required, the organisation will follow applicable legal requirements relating to donation records, reporting, donor identification and the acceptance or use of contributions.

8. Refunds, Duplicate Payments and Failed Transactions

As donations are voluntary contributions, a completed donation is generally not refundable merely because a donor changes their mind.

However, a donor may contact us if:

• The same donation appears to have been charged more than once.
• A payment was debited but the transaction status remains failed or unconfirmed.
• The amount was transferred in error or a payment-related discrepancy occurred.
• There is a suspected unauthorised transaction.

Each case will be reviewed based on the available transaction records, payment provider information and applicable law. Where a duplicate or erroneous payment is verified, an appropriate correction or refund may be considered through the original payment channel, subject to payment-provider procedures and legal requirements.

9. Donor Information and Privacy

Donor information will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the organisation’s privacy practices. Information may be used where necessary to process or acknowledge donations, maintain financial records, address donor enquiries and meet legal obligations.

Donor information will not be publicly disclosed as a donor list without an appropriate basis or permission, except where disclosure is required by law. Payment data may also be processed by authorised payment providers under their applicable policies.

10. Restricted or Purpose-Specific Donations

If a donation is made for a specifically identified initiative, Ayushya Mandiram will consider the stated purpose subject to its governing documents, operational feasibility and applicable law.

If the stated initiative cannot proceed or the contribution cannot reasonably be applied to its stated purpose, the organisation may contact the donor where practicable to discuss an appropriate alternative, subject to any applicable restrictions or legal requirements. No alternative use will override a binding legal restriction attached to the donation.

11. Donor Responsibility

Donors are responsible for ensuring that their contributions are lawful and that the payment details they provide are accurate. The organisation may decline, return or otherwise handle a contribution where required by law or where legitimate compliance concerns arise.

12. Changes to This Policy

Ayushya Mandiram may update this policy when its activities, payment procedures or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date where appropriate.

दान नीति (Hindi)

1. नीति का उद्देश्य

यह दान नीति Ayushya Mandiram को दिए जाने वाले स्वैच्छिक दान की प्राप्ति, उपयोग, रसीद और संबंधित प्रक्रियाओं को स्पष्ट करती है। संस्था को दान देने वाला व्यक्ति इस नीति को पढ़कर दान करने के लिए सहमत माना जाएगा।

2. दान का उद्देश्य और उपयोग

संस्था की कानूनी स्थिति, निर्धारित उद्देश्यों और लागू कानूनों के अधीन दान राशि का उपयोग योग शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य-जागरूकता, प्राकृतिक स्वास्थ्य संबंधी जन-जागरूकता, शैक्षिक सामग्री, सामुदायिक कार्यक्रमों, निःशुल्क या रियायती शिविरों तथा इन गतिविधियों के लिए आवश्यक उचित संचालन संबंधी खर्चों में किया जा सकता है। वास्तविक उपयोग उपलब्ध संसाधनों और कार्यक्रमों की आवश्यकताओं पर निर्भर करेगा।

3. दान स्वैच्छिक है

दान स्वैच्छिक योगदान है। केवल दान देने से किसी व्यक्ति को संस्था की सदस्यता, किसी विशेष सेवा, व्यक्तिगत लाभ या किसी निश्चित परिणाम का अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं होता, जब तक कि ऐसा लाभ अलग से लिखित रूप में निर्धारित और कानूनन अनुमत न हो।

4. दान और बिक्री में अंतर

दान, पुस्तकों की बिक्री, अध्ययन सामग्री, प्रशिक्षण, कार्यशाला या अन्य भुगतान-आधारित सेवाओं की फीस से अलग है। किसी पुस्तक या सेवा के बदले प्राप्त भुगतान को केवल इसलिए दान नहीं माना जाएगा कि उससे संस्था के उद्देश्यों को सहायता मिलती है। ऐसी बिक्री और सेवाओं पर संबंधित नियम एवं शर्तें लागू होंगी।

5. भुगतान और सुरक्षा

दान केवल संस्था द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए आधिकारिक भुगतान माध्यमों से करें। भुगतान से पहले लिंक या बैंक विवरण की पुष्टि करें। अपना UPI PIN, OTP, बैंक पासवर्ड या अन्य गोपनीय जानकारी किसी के साथ साझा न करें। भुगतान की पुष्टि संबंधित बैंक या भुगतान सेवा प्रदाता के रिकॉर्ड के अनुसार होगी।

6. रसीद और दान की पुष्टि

भुगतान की पुष्टि और उपलब्ध विवरणों के आधार पर, जहाँ लागू हो, संस्था दान की रसीद या स्वीकृति प्रदान करेगी। दानकर्ता को सही जानकारी देनी चाहिए और भुगतान का प्रमाण सुरक्षित रखना चाहिए। रसीद जारी होना अपने आप में कर छूट की पात्रता की गारंटी नहीं है।

7. कर संबंधी प्रावधान

दान पर किसी कर कटौती या छूट की पात्रता संस्था के लागू पंजीकरण या अनुमोदन, दानकर्ता की पात्रता, दान की प्रकृति और उस समय लागू कानून पर निर्भर करती है। संस्था प्रत्येक दान पर कर छूट का आश्वासन नहीं देती। दानकर्ता संबंधित वैधानिक दस्तावेजों की जाँच करें और आवश्यकता होने पर योग्य कर सलाहकार से परामर्श लें।

8. रिफंड, दोहरा भुगतान और असफल लेन-देन

दान स्वैच्छिक योगदान है; इसलिए केवल मन बदलने के कारण सफलतापूर्वक किए गए दान का रिफंड सामान्यतः उपलब्ध नहीं होता। लेकिन दोहरे भुगतान, खाते से राशि कटने के बावजूद असफल लेन-देन, गलत भुगतान या अनधिकृत लेन-देन की आशंका होने पर संस्था से संपर्क किया जा सकता है। उपलब्ध रिकॉर्ड और लागू नियमों के आधार पर मामले की समीक्षा की जाएगी। सत्यापित त्रुटि या दोहरे भुगतान के मामले में उपयुक्त सुधार या रिफंड पर विचार किया जा सकता है।

9. दानकर्ता की जानकारी और गोपनीयता

दानकर्ता की जानकारी का उपयोग भुगतान की पुष्टि, रसीद जारी करने, लेखांकन, पूछताछ का उत्तर देने और कानूनी दायित्वों के पालन के लिए किया जा सकता है। जानकारी को लागू कानूनों और संस्था की गोपनीयता संबंधी प्रथाओं के अनुसार संभाला जाएगा। कानून द्वारा आवश्यक होने या उचित वैधानिक आधार होने के अतिरिक्त दानकर्ता की जानकारी सार्वजनिक रूप से साझा नहीं की जाएगी।

10. किसी विशेष उद्देश्य के लिए दिया गया दान

यदि दान किसी विशेष कार्यक्रम के लिए दिया गया है, तो संस्था लागू नियमों, संचालन की व्यवहार्यता और कानूनी प्रतिबंधों के अधीन उस उद्देश्य को ध्यान में रखेगी। यदि कार्यक्रम आयोजित नहीं हो पाता या राशि का निर्धारित उद्देश्य के लिए उपयोग संभव नहीं होता, तो जहाँ व्यावहारिक हो, दानकर्ता से वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था पर चर्चा की जा सकती है। दान पर लागू किसी बाध्यकारी कानूनी प्रतिबंध का उल्लंघन नहीं किया जाएगा।

11. दानकर्ता की जिम्मेदारी

दानकर्ता यह सुनिश्चित करें कि उनका योगदान वैध है और भुगतान के समय दी गई जानकारी सही है। कानून या वैध अनुपालन संबंधी कारणों से आवश्यक होने पर संस्था किसी योगदान को अस्वीकार कर सकती है या उसके संबंध में उपयुक्त कार्रवाई कर सकती है।

12. नीति में बदलाव

संस्था अपनी गतिविधियों, भुगतान प्रक्रियाओं या कानूनी आवश्यकताओं में बदलाव के अनुसार इस नीति को संशोधित कर सकती है। नवीनतम नीति इसी पृष्ठ पर प्रकाशित की जाएगी।
